Belted Mermaid Skirt

The Belted Mermaid Skirt is made from crimson red wool crepe, with a mermaid flounce at the front, and a pencil skirt back. The skirt has an internal construction of layers of organza to give the flounce volume. The skirt has an invisible zipper closure.
